Rush hour on the Wedding Expressway

There is still one wedding gallery that I’ve been putting off uploading for too long now. There is no real good excuse for this, but it’s certainly not because I’ve been lazy.

The calendar I use at google to keep track of my events has been filling up like a pressure cooker with steam. I have another outsourced wedding shoot next Friday, two days long, two locations: one in Ashland and the next day in Provincetown—how lovely! That’s pretty exciting to be able to do that for someone and have them want me to do it for them. Then on October 10th I have Patricia’s wedding at the lovely Swansea Venus De Milo. The week after I have Steven’s wedding clocking in at a record 3 locations in a single day. I get to re-visit the Arnold Arboretum in Jamaica Plainsfor some fantastic scenery and post-ceremony photography. And I am still having conversations with two more couples, one having a 5 year anniversary! The other has their wedding coming up on the 5th of next month.

Given all the work that’s incoming I definitely have to get that final gallery uploaded soon before I get way too busy with these brides and grooms work and have no time for my own work! Look forward to seeing Alfreda’s pictures very soon!

Wow wow!

I know I’m a slacker about updating my page. But I’ve been on a roll lately. If you haven’t seen the new design and the 4 galleries I’ve added then you should definitely reload my page and see some of the awesome weddings I’ve been shooting lately. The gallery navigation has been moved to the right hand side of the page from the bottom if you’re having a hard time finding it.

Finished work on Kim’s album design

Hey fans, just wanted to point to my most recent album design. Kimberly Frattasio’s wedding was exciting to photograph. As much enjoyment as I get out of taking pictures at the event, I get really psyched when I get to produce an album for the happy couple. This album was no exception, I got to use a wide variety of images and new features of Adobe CS5 and Lightroom 3 to take my creativity to new limits. Here are the results.

In other news I plan to update my blog more often. A site redesign is pending. I’m working on Lisa O’Haire’s wedding pictures. As if that isn’t enough, I’ll be publishing a series of new articles on stuff that excites me in CS5 and Lightroom 3. Adobe, you are awesome!
